Statutory Rights
None of the information below affects your statutory rights. We are a UK based company and all contracts for the sale of goods entered into on SMR Marine on-line will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Ordering & Payment
We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order however, we will not take payment until your order is ready for shipping. All products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. Please see our ‘How to Order’ section for further guidance.

Legal Notices
All images of products on this site are for guidance only. SMR cannot guarantee items will match exactly, although every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the products that appear on the site. 

All items are subject to availability. SMR reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time.

Pricing
Prices are displayed with and without VAT and labelled in this manner.  The final price paid for each item includes VAT at 17.5%. We make every effort to maintain prices, although it may be necessary to adjust prices periodically. The price charged for will be the value advertised at the time of ordering. However SMR reserve the right not to fulfil orders where a major error has occurred in the price advertised for an item.
